You can continue trying to dig up all the crap you can find in the internet to try to make Shiva look bad but we all here know the score. The one thing that derailed the Tivus story was Echostar pulling their satellite just as Tivus and Mariott were getting close to that contract everyone here was waiting on. On account of this one event, Tivus had to find an alternate solution which turned out to be very expensive proposition and the major cause of the dilution. Sh*t happens in business. Accept it.
