In April, a BCCI press release spoke to the Company's intent to list on a senior exchange(sic added):

(BCCI) announced today that the Company has taken concrete steps to upgrade the listing of its shares to a senior exchange. The Company is in the process of completing the audit of its financials, has engaged council (sic) specific (sic) for the purpose of handling the filings, and expects to upgrade its listing by the end of the year

The steps are anticipated to be complete by end of year -- so unfair to hold the company to sooner performance -- although (as a former CPA) it is hard to understand why it would take six months to audit the financials (maybe they are trying to figure out how to account for the underpaid baristas and associated fines).

Investors would certainly benefit from publication of audited financials as soon as they are available, since financial statement uncertainty is creating risk for pps, therefore reducing pps to compensate for said risk.
