I don't think that thr DOD would let MSE , who handles a contract for their Missiles be bought by just anyone without checking them out firsthand... do you??

So true, I've seen contracts change hands and the U.S. Gov sends their own mediator which is more like watching a new mother supervising her new born baby to make sure the new party is up to the task (LITERALLY).

Oh well - this rhetoric won't matter much longer as the SP will reflect the supporters viewpoints quite soon I imagine.
