Share holders need to Calm down and rally behind the DVIS. Everyone seems to want this to end to say "I told you so". Come on people, theres money still on the table and everyone wants to fold.

This move will allow Dean to regroup ,under supervision, and get on with the buisness he knows - making X-Ray Machines.
