They just filed for Chapter 11, protection. Kmart and Toys R Us did the same and their still in buisness. Kmart got bought out by Sears Holdings and Toys R Us is making it with their new debt plan for the last 1.5 years. All shares intact! Debt restructuring is whats at stake. Hopefully all parties will agree to give it a go. When we see a Chapter 7 filing, then were done.
