Good thing is..
I've been dealing with gout in my left foot during the storm and was told by doctors to eat lots of watermelon....well, I just happen to think the watermelon's from Bogalusa, La are some of the best in the country and I have been taking them up on their word. Watermelon is alkaline boost to my system. Take care.....have to get my walk in and seagulls line up for a crack at me....it's not the seagulls that bother me, it's the pelicans. They can cover an entire boathouse in one drop. hehe
