LPH: The 10/29/12 10% Special Dividend.


No matter how you slice it thats exactly what it is.

Whatever LPH you own on 10/28/2012 it is going to be worth 10% more on 10/29 at the close.

Plus it wipes the slate clean for a nice move north once the new facility news hits. Blue sky with no speed bump @ 2.25
