During the six months ended June 30, 2012 the Company issued
95,516,931 shares of common stock for cash at an average price of $0.01 per share, resulting in
an aggregate value of $817,833. Additionally, the Company issued 8,000,000 common shares as
payment for services rendered. These shares were valued at $0.13 per share, resulting in an
aggregate value of $1,040,500
