I think the initial reaction will depend on the deal and how it is structured. If the deal is structured soundly the market will reflect confidence in its success.
If the deal is fussy the PPS will lay dormant.
I personally believe that this deal has been structured based on recommendations made by Dr. Leiber and therefore sound. Since Leiber Consultants have come on board I have noticed a significant modification in the business ethics of CGAQ. Nothing major, just little changes here and there, but I believe enough to make THE difference leading to total success.
CGAQ in my opinion is maturing and is demonstrating that maturity in the way it is developing this deal. One cautious step at a time.
In my opinion once this deal is delivered, it will start off slowly with a gradual rise, but as confidence increases and new information is made available the stock will gain legs and begin to represent its potential. It might take the balance of this year or longer, but I firmly believe it will be pleasing to the shareholders.
I think once we start adding some of our currently pending projects to the operational side of the fence we will see a faster increase in the PPS.
Hang in there folks, this should be a wild ride. That's MHO. PB
