This would be an additional set of false and misleading documents filed with the SEC regarding these sham transactions

Oh, and didn't we already hammer home that gtgp filed fraudulent and misleading documents to the SEC. Or are we just making sure new people see this and act like it just came to light l that it's a "fact".
