As many have stated including you, the jv means nothing with emhi statements you posted, They never paid for it. In addition, if emh doesn't own the rights, they are entitled to nothing. Maybe that is why solucorp gave gtgp the exclusive for cement plants in China and India. Guess Solucorp still owns the patent.The release you included in your post is also a year plus old what happened to all that?

P1; GTGP does not have rights to SLUP's IFS technology for the United States. GTGP only gets this from its JV with EMHI. IFS technology was used in the cement plant; which is why GTGP as not done a PR on the test results. They won't too because the contract with the cement plant was executed by SLUP. SLUP hire MSE to do the retrofit; period.

And if I were you, I would be more worried about GTGP's inability to complete its acquisition of MSE. SLUP will take care of its EMHI contract.

And I am not here to do any bashing of GTGP; only stating facts! There is plenty of money to be made my GTGP/SLUP/EMHI and all three need each other.

IMO all three boards should support each other because they all ARE in bed together.
