On this discussion board I would bet most have written 141 off either emotionally or financially. What is surprising to me is the lack of discussion regarding the gendarme funding. What if SEC finds gendarme guilty? What would the balance sheet look like? Share structure? How did they have any cash to buy any magic nano beans? What this situation needs. Is a considerable. Amount of fertilizer.
