outstanding common stock of World Wise Technologies, Inc., an Ontario corporation formed in 1987, which was subsequently dissolved.

They didn't acquire squat. The same pump crew that ran WWT, now runs W2...lol
The company was not 'dissolved'. They were DELISTED. The Ontario SEC booted them off the exchange because they kept releasing BOGUS/FLUFF PRs... They are still doing it. It's allowed in Pinkyville ...lol
