George, Thanks for the clarification, you don't need to take the next step in DD because you don't have a big stake in the Company and that you just need to vent because your down. Therefore, were your punching bag, so to speak. To each his own, I speak to many people all the time, I wasn't sure if we had ever spoken. Have a good week-end, none the less.
