I Saw on another board where Bill Gates owned I believed like 36% of this stock 6 years ago. Wondering if he still own any or watching it?

Anybody heard of this in the past, just wondering. I suppose if he's holding or was holding it says a lot about PEIX.
I am holding for dollars, projections seems to be looking positive on the upcoming QR results.
