Chart and news URL: the chart has a somewhat unbelievable target which also has a question mark next to it as it is somewhat unbelievable, it is only an observation of the fork tine convergence. Anyway, notice we hit the lower fork tine on that chart and are ready or very close to reversal. The news URL however is breaking news which could have extreme implications in the USD chart expectations and could also effect relationships and valuations with equities, precious metals etc.
