If Propalms needs money for finance they have to go puplic. what is easier as to go with a merger in almost shell company. From a market value from 270.000$ to 5.Mill or 10. Mill.! Im sure they have to push her business now because cloud technic is growing now. For devlopment, manging and marketing they have to push and for that a puplic going is the best way for finance!
