Here is how I see it. HNWS is pretty much a shell. It got IPO'd a year or so ago. IBCL still owns a good chunk - havent had time to get exact numbers - but still owns a bunch.

IBCL has a handful of things that keeps it from making a profit immediately, but has some really cool assets (even hotfiles believes the assets are worth trying to steal).

Now if IBCL packages all those assets in a big box and sells it to another company, IBCL will then become just a shell - and a not too pretty one. So why would IBCL shareholders go along with this? Simple. IBCL shareholders have value in the HNWS shares IBCL owns. IBCL also will receive value for the sale of their assets. How will we receive that value? Likely in shares of the new company NBG (Nova). That may render IBCL worthless, but we wont care cause we will have our shares in essence exchanged for stock in a company with less baggage and some really great assets.
