All right IHubbers, this is my GUESS for who the Hong Kong Based Pharmaceutical Company is. This company is a private company that has been in business for more than five years and is based in Hong Kong. They have fulfilled the WHO standards for Good Manufacturing Practices for pharmaceutical products.

Advance Pharmaceutical Co, Limited

However, the main reason I believe this could very likely be the company is the following:

http://www.apc.com.hk/products.php?cat=9

Their products Natsin, Naseco-F, Sinulax, Rhinobol Antihistamine Capsule, and the Nasalax Capsule are all BROMPHENIRAMINE BASED PRODUCTS.

Folks, this is the Chinese Lodrane family of products.

Instead of adding pseudoephedrine (which is was got it pulled from the shelves here in the U.S.), they add phenylephrine.

If you remember, Sudafed got yanked form the shelves because druggies were using it to make homemade meth in their basements. It was replaced with the safer and harder to abuse phenylephrine (Sudafed PE).

This is totally in line with this company's philosophy of developing abuse resistant medications that are safe and effective in treating pain and various ailments.

If you were a Chinese company, looking to expand your ability to manufacture pills to serve a population of over a billion people, where would you turn for help? How about the company in the U.S. that manufactures the exact same product? Seems pretty likely to me.

I may be totally up in the night (granted it is 2:25 am ET), but these coincidences just seem to good to be just that, coincidences.

Can you imagine what sort of production fees Elite could charge to serve more than a billion possible customers that live in either densely populated terribly polluted cities, or rural areas with a lot of allergens in the air with little to no in home air filters?

It is staggering to think that little ole Elite could be gearing up to serve the largest populated market in the world with their historically bread and butter product.

I would love to get everyone's eyes on this to either confirm or deny that this is a pretty decent possibility.

As always, I still can't believe this is all available to investors for .135 cents a share.
