Shawn specializes in retail real estate and has worked with the nation's largest retail developers and Real Estate Investment Trusts. Shawn is a Memeber of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), ICSC Next Generation, a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. Eric Stegner - Chief Technical Officer With over 18 years in the technology industry, Eric started as a Network Administrator for the NEPA Philharmonic. PETER MESSINEO - Chief Financial Officer Mr. Messineo is a CPA in Florida and New York and has over 25 years of accounting experience in public accounting practice, consulting and private industry as Controller and CFO. Public accounting experience has been with national and regional CPA firms servicing a broad based clientele including software, manufacturing firms, distribution companies, and various service industry companies. Consulting experience has been with an international consulting firm servicing multi-billion dollar clients, in the capacity of financial support and reporting and with personal clients in the capacity as an intermediary compiling annual and quarterly filings required of the Securities and Exchange Commission; private placement memorandums; mergers and acquisitions; business budgeting and modeling; as well as other business development attributes. Peter received his degree in accounting from Pace University in New York and his Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Long Island University. Brad Daymond - International Music Director Brad is one of the most successful producers in music today... best know as Riprock. Brad has joined IC Places to head up the Company's entertainment division. Current projects include a multi channel radio station on the IC Places web sites. The online radio station will feature regional and local music and will be aimed at the audience of each city site. One of the long-term goals of the division is to create a distribution network for independent labels by tapping into extensive marketplace created by IC Places. Brad has over 50 million albums sold. He is a producer and writer on the record breaking Nsync cd 'No Strings Attached', which sold over 1 million copies the first day, and 2.4 million the first week. Brad's discography is a who’s who of music success. With credits including Brandy, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Duran Duran, Ricky Martin, Aaron Carter, Paris Hilton, and TLC and many others. Brian Aungst - Director of Goverment Relations Brian Aungst served as the Mayor of one of Florida’s largest cities, Clearwater for 2 terms from 1999-2005. Term limits kept him from seeking a third term. He was credited with turning a stagnant city around serving as the catalyst to attract unprecedented economic development to a once dormant community. During his six year tenure he attracted nearly $750 million of economic development to Clearwater including a sweeping redevelopment of the city’s number one economic engine, Clearwater Beach. In his roll at IC Places, Aungst will advise the company on how best to interact with local authorities. He will guide government communications and help open doors of communications with mayoral offices throughout the United States Brian B Hayes - Director of Special Projects Brian B. Hayes is an internationally renowned photographer with work is published each month in magazines worldwide. Brian has a wide range of shooting styles from Maxim, and Fitness covers to Vogue and editorial fashion. He has traveled the world shooting and is very well known for his sexy calendars. His SNI Swimwear Calendar sells worldwide and is fast becoming the #1 selling glamour calendar in the United States. Andy Lackow - Branding Guru Andy has joined IC Places to help re-stylize the Company's websites. Lackow's redesign initiative will focus on the site's headers, Icons and visual layout, turning the website's word based navigation structures into fantastic iconic cityscapes which will visually guide visitors through each City's offering.
