The major concern is not those wear rose colored glasses aka pumpers or the bashers but the fact, the company is in viloations of SEC and may face sec action for failure to file 10 K and 10 Q reports. this has happen to theres pennies in the past. with No records of of mining operations aka production, income etc we are investing blindly now
