Paint jobs above the waterline on a boat mean nothing. It's what's below the waterline that becomes serious. that is an aluminum boat that has not been in dry dock for between three to four years. Unheard of by professionals in the marine industry which I am. I know some of the divers who were on that boat when abandoned in Puerto Plata. it was reported that at that time the bottom anodes were nearly gone. connected to dock power for two years and no protection from galvanic corrosion , guess what happens. This is a serious thing that ultimately could put lives in danger for anyone attempting to take her out to sea. Value. $300 to
$500k at the auction sale which appears inevitable.
