[2020 hindsight]

Happy Friday johnsyn...

It's not the lawsuits that worry me at all, it's the timing of the indemnification agreement that does. Why now? Is it strictly because of the mandate and it bringing laywered-up whackos out of the woods trying to leach what they can from APDN, or because of something else?

I mentioned before that my time in the stock market these past few years has been a huge learning experience for me. (Especially in regards to just how inherently bad some of us humans can be.) I'm still not getting things right, but I'm more knowledgeable about how all this works then when I first started. Maybe in another 20 years or so I may actually see a profit from my experience. :-/

I think that if we don't hear any news one way or another by the end of next week, I'm going to close out my position while I can still make a little money off of it. Then, when something good does happen, I will buy back in again. Or, if something bad happens, at least I won't get burned.

I'm going to keep my fingers crossed that something wonderful happens before I do that...and that something really bad doesn't happen before then either.

One thing I've learned is that I would rather kick myself for missing out on the money I could have made, rather than kicking myself harder for losing the money I did have.
