So I know there are a lot of people who have been in IRCE for a while and bought in at much higher rates... To those of you who held congrats you are going to recover what has been tied up... Those of you who are just getting in hold on. Its a new roller coaster that well set some records over the next 45 days... Volume will be crazy from those taking there small gains and those hoping on for gains down the road... Enjoy...

And to answer the private email... I am not in touch with the company... I have been watching them for quite some time when they had new management take over... This company used to be at 2.85 then they split 1/10... And still rose the charts.. Do your homework and then decide...
