Dick Heckmann is a gambler. He bought a China water company and everyone got excited, stock ran...then he couldn't make it work. Stock got crushed, he sold the company, then he decided to do something different (fracking). It started working, then he couldn't hit the numbers. Stock got crushed. I think this is a great short right here. He will not be able to integrate this deal....and his ego will get the best of him.
