I do not know what he knows, but i know that uspr when looking for funds to develop this property..sent Mr Burney to seoul 3-4 times, met with Mr moon and he sent a guy(the new teck chief) to the site..after that things went under ground(because of insider rules and stuff) but they also replaced the officers and bod has some changes...all steps in the path to take over(sale) and development
