Gold Crown is a private company. Global Gold Valdivia is a private Chilean company. XS Platinum is a private company. Mineral Invest's parent company trades on the Swedish stock market. Based on the makeup of Amarant's portfolio of assets and subsidiary companies, it doesn't matter whether Medinah is public, private, trades on a US exchange or other country's exchange, whether it is non-reporting or fully reporting, etc. To hypothesize that Amarant is holding up this deal until Medinah's OTC status gets upgraded from a Stop sign to a Yield sign has no basis in logic or common sense. They want the property, not the stock/company.
