Want to make your shares un-shortable (legally)? Put a good till cancelled SELL order in on your shares at what is today an unreasonably high level, say 10.00 or more. Shares that have a SELL order on them can't be borrowed by a shorter. (That is, legally speaking, although in these penny stocks many people think there is a lot of illegal naked shorting going on.)

Just remember to REMOVE the sell order when CTIX starts getting somewhat near your SELL price !

The one problem with this is that some brokerages will not accept orders that are more than 10 times the current price of the stock. You'll have to try it with your brokerage to see how high you can put your sell order.
