Another question again...

Nice to hear from you again.

It is puzzling to me and others why so many shares have been "given away" over the past year or so and still no money in the company?


Also the convertible debentures seem to have been gotten very cheap, ~14 cents/share. This is somewhat puzzling to the rest of us, any info/comments?
