I emailed Kate yesterday and got a response this morning, not what I wanted to hear becaue they are never at fault!!
Kate:
I will write this e-mail hundreds of times over today but I did not lie. The e-mail that you quote which has been circulated on the message boards was in response to the NASDAQ letter we received two months ago and the suspension of trading. At that time, we had no concern over delisting and, in fact, none of the reasons raised in the NASDAQ letter are the reasons for which we ultimately were delisted. For the last six months, there has been a vicious campaign against our stock. As much as I would love to control the share price, I am simply not omnipotent. The aggressive short selling of our stock caused an unprecedented decrease in share price over which we had no control. I did not lie ever and am tired of being accused of such. I will send this exact e-mail to everyone who has written to me today and then I will cease responding until we can sort out internally what happened.

Well Kate, looks like you either lied or was just wrong! You emailed another investor and he posted your email on a yahoo message board and you assured him delisting was not gonna happen as it was just rumor! Well….you look pretty bad now and to all investors after that statement so how do you guys EVER expect to re assure any potential or former investors???
