Grab a 510 Battery. A 510 Low Res Atomizer and charger. $20 starter kit or piece it out. I WISH they sold this in my state (according to their website they don't).

I would buy one and do a youtube video of voltage test, heat test and I would even tear the atomizer apart side by side to any $5 atomizer on the market. I'm going to see if I can get a way to order one just to show you.
