heard on the radio, the guy saying today's action is to going to create housing bubble ...i said oh that is a good thing like bubble gum,,yummy for me.

so with so low interest rates, people like me will now be thinking of moving my emergency funds to stock market and thus good for equities. banks would want to loan out than holding money...higher home price means more folks can refinance...may be even take home equity out.. it is a vicious cycle.......you have to be in it..
