Viking--The only thing I know from talking to one of the Penser Bank finance guys is that the process is not difficult SIAF having completed Form 10 and that it could conceivably be accomplished in three months. He told me there likely will not be an offering by SIAF but rather US registered shares held by many Swedes will be re-registered for trading in Sweden and that transfer process will compose the liquidity. He said in order to trade there one's shares will have to undergo the transfer process but it is a simple matter.
