I am thinking about Emphysema and wonder about reducing the phlegm associated with the inflammation. I inhale steroids (Advair)now twice a day and also Spiriva once/day.

Then there is the matter of a rising PSA count (13) used to be 7 a few years ago and they did a biopsy then which was negative. Doc said they often treat that with antibiotics now.

I thought the PSA thing had been discredited somewhat as an indicator.
