Since the end of our last fiscal year and comparable period, the Company has seen its assets and revenues increase
through the acquisition of Global Wealth Group, Inc.; the subsequent sale of RE assets and through Texas oil leases purchased
from Texas Energy, Inc. and Rehoboth Oil & Gas, LLC. AER Petroleum owns 3 leases (Allie Wade, South Wade, &
Copeland) with 6 Wells in Young & Archer County TX. We have completely re-worked all 3 Texas leases. We own 3 leases
(Buttrey, Fletcher, & Waldon) in Osage County OK. There are currently no active Wells on these Oklahoma leases. FTPM
UMO revenue decreased due to contract cancellations under quarterly price re-negotiation clauses but anticipates new revenue
from its broker agreements with USA Recycling Industries, Inc.
