There's No need for me to contact Chaffee. If that report belonged to the Whartons, why would Chaffee have passed it along to GDSM without Jenkins permission? My thoughts are Western Sierra would be the responsible party for using it to get a JV going with GDSM.

Of course, the report is now off the website and it was NOT PR'd. Could be a slap on the hand here, imo. I'll be waiting on the outcome.


As far as dilution, there's no increase in the commons yet. It looks to me like they will probably increase the commons as they progress. This is completely different than toxic financing!
