Let me try to straighten up a matter of semantics if I can without trying to deceive anyone or tell anyone any lies. Gerry Lenfest owns 90% of this business. If Gerry who is an insider were to sell 1 share of his stock there would be people all over the place yelling insider trading. Gerry will not be selling his shares. That means that for you and me there are 55,000 available.

As for Telvue not being able to pay it's bills. That was then and this is now. After yesterdays PR and the talk of software to support Facebook and Twitter and Google that might give folks something to talk about besides the 55,000 float.

If spelling is your thing I think that's great. At my age it's not a priority.
