ICPA, if you want to buy, let your broker buy em, they have level 3, most onlry see level 2, they don't show all orders of sell on level 2, I got 20,000 for sale at .017, plus more higher but doesn't show on level 2! I always let broker buy em! Believe the mm are shorted badly, but we haft to wait for the bi-monthly report, comes out on 15th I believe! IMO! Go ICPA
