The way I see it.. Vitaros sales in Europe might take a while even after Possible EMA Approval..!

They still have to Negotiate Specific Country Approval / Registration and also Pricing with each Specific Country.. ( this takes 1 - 6 months depending on the Specific Country ).. Although, this will be probably done by each partner in their Specific Territory..! And by Apricus in the Territories that are not Partnered ( by then ) and France..

The Money part of the Equation.. Comes in through the Regulatory Milestones from Each Partner with an Approval...

EMA Approval Means..

Bracco Regulatory Milestone for Italy..
Novartis / Sandoz Regulatory Milestone for Germany..
Takeda Regulatory Milestone for U.K.

And Based on how HUGE these last TWO deals are.. The Regulatory Milestones might be BIG, also..!

Canadian Pricing Completion will allow Elis Pharma to Register Vitaros in their Territory ( certain Middle East and Gulf Countries ), which in turn triggers the Regulatory Milestone from Elis Pharma to Apricus..!

Vitaros Sales in Europe might still be a while off.. But.. An EMA approval is KEY in the Overall Scheme of things.. Also.. I do not know if its the same with Sandoz and Takeda.. But, with Bracco.. An EMA approval also causes Apricus to REALIZE the rest of the Upfront Payment.. ( I Suspect So..! )..
