2012-09-12 Wednesday. Enablers.
Barry Henthorn's enablers are not limited to the likes of Michael Gersh, Alison Baird and James Hodge. The list includes many others: from attorneys who helped him put together the companies he has managed to key "employees" and "independent contractors" to entry posters on bulletin boards. It will be sometime next year before governmental authorities can put the pieces together. Until then this will remain as is.

A few months back the Securities Exchange Commission forcefully shut down more than one hundred corporations that were considered to be fraudalent in nature and worthless. Based on what I was told, we could very well be on the next wave. I am not at liberty to discuss the details of my conversations with government agents, but all of these conversations basically amount to their telling me what is going to happen if I cannot meet their demands and what information I must provide to them. To that end, the task is nearly impossible.

Furthermore, the Henthorn enablers, at whatever level they are operating, do nothing more than place annoying stumblings blocks along the way. Some of these enablers are just looking to quickly rip-off the next wave of investors before the operation collapses; others may be under the impression that if the Henthorn crowd again gets control of the operation that they might be able to once more make money over an extended period of time via a pump-and-dump scheme.

All suspected names are being turned over to governmental authorities along with all the records under my control. They will do the investigations, and I will abide by their decisions.
