Please speak further about this share buyback and how the company can afford to do that?

I could see it happening with the following scenarios:
If they announce the assay results are great, then I could see that happening.
If they announce a great condo deal, then I could see that happening.
If they announce a great oil well testing, then I could see that happening.

The problem right now is they are not announcing what we longs have been waiting for well over a year to hear. We are well past the 'judgment' period and waiting for the big move!
