If Brian doesn't get his housekeeping responsibilities in place nothing will change. Reporting is everything when running security valuations as it gives the market a true and transparent perspective of the company.

Folks seem to think these things are not important but without them this stock will remain a speculative play. Spec plays are typically traded as they are deemed long shots with very high risk.

If Brian wants to make history in 6-12 months he should forget about this silly share buy back and get his administrative affairs in place. Nothing is real until its officially reported to the SEC. The market can't evaluate a security if there are no fundamentals in place to evaluate it.
