Takeover bid for Guinor?
There are rumours that the takeover bid is close due. Is it Ashanti Goldfields? The to be expected one. Why? CEO Mr. Schultz was up to 31 December 2003 Chief Operating Officer / Executive Director in Ashanti Goldfields in Ghana, responsible for all operations in Africa. In all his presentations, he shows the Siguri mine that is operated by? Yes Ashanti Goldfields. Yesterday close in Toronto was helped out by Guinors marked maker BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc to gravel the price, as they have occurrences. Whose marked maker is it? The company is owned by the shareholders, but here it smells like Mr. Schultz runs two agendas. Why complain when it the stock has gone up 50% the last month?
