If you are talking about the NSS or FTD's, yes in the end if the company is viable and becomes a success it is balanced or sorted out, but there will always legal and naked shorts along the way. It depends how successful the company is where the share price can move to. If the company is not legitimate then the shorts walk away with millions if not more because they never need to cover in the event of complete destruction of the target company. In TECO's case we firmly believe in our opinion we have a huge winner here and all long shareholders will win in our opinion, and it could be a very nice big ride.
