Where do you get the "several million shares away" figure from?

Debt financing shares have either hit the market or are not willing to take $0.65/share.

Are you talking about compensation shares? I don't see several million of those waiting to hit the market.

Not sure where you're getting the "several million" shares from.

My guess is that there might be 2 million being diluted between now and year end. After this, if bond financing comes in then debt financing shares become a thing of the past.

It would do everyone well to minimize the chances for the rest of the Authorized share balance (16M or thereof) to be diluted until they hear where bond financing is going. After that you'll have a better understanding, and then if bond funding doesn't materialize s/b able to say "we're several million shares away."
