So the "PROFIT" is in timing to finish:

The less you pay in labor and the faster you finish equates to more profit on this Task Order. Explains this statement entirely in context with that information. The lack of press and pumping by the company speaks volumes about how management intends to create shareholder interest. No pr. till the Q and ZENX price per share runs to $3.00 the day of the filing. Look for press releases after that to put Zenx in the five dollar range, the pr.'s will include contract extensions, listing plans, and commercial work backlog.

Trained Roofers can do a 2,000 Sq. Ft home in thirty minutes flat, three man team. So a smart company would have their trained crews shore up the contract quickly off the rip, then gradually move them on to commercial work and hire local untrained workers for $ per hour money with one supervisor/trained roofer per five man team. Or, could offer a flat rate for Roofing companies at $200.00 to $400.00 per roof regardless of size and give them whole neighborhoods to do still getting extreme profit while employing local area business' to do the work.

"Aduddell has been mobilized and working since September 8, 2005 in the Mississippi Counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson. Aduddell has already exceeded more than 80% of the first two task orders totaling $20,000,000.00"
