My question related is

If Lehman delays the liquidation phase till 2017, imo, there is one reason for that: to maximize payments to creditors taking advantage of NOLs and a better environment, but my question is what about a reorganization if they have to keep the ownership unchangable till then? Doesn´t it mean everthing (comm/pref) will be frozen till the liquidation phase is over? I believe yes, they must close the liquidation phase first. Of course, if some remaning assets are out of POR, as we are assuming.
