at this PPS the company will have to dilute to 10 Billion Shares to pay off the debt and keep the lights on!!!

No one is buying this story anymore cause the CEO has lost all credibility years ago when he lost $100,000,000 in 3 years trying to run a real business, that he clearly knew nothing about!! Today he just collects a pay check and dilutes stock, and he knows plenty about that!
