I agree... and we are on the verge of a few major obstacles:

1) stock staying above 5... no longer in the penny stock bucket

2) partnering deal gives "GREAT" credibility among all peers

3) partner deal = money = remove the going concern

4) smooth sailing ahead to expand... horizontally and vertically (further R/D with bavi ) I still believe that many investors don't realize the full potential that Peregrine offers

Once its all said and done.... those who bought into this stock in the early stages have that chance of a lifetime because splits will be coming down the road ( this is where I believe its not out of the realm of possibility that a buyout is still being talked about in the form of buying into 49% of the company now and with the future milestones that option for the complete buyout could be in order
