But Anyway: The agreement didn't start until the initial order date, which was on or after 10/1/02, so the March date is not relevant to the agreement.

This does, however, give a reason why the Ody 1000 was so delayed. It was the first product ordered under the agreement, yet the order was not placed with DW until 10/1/02 or later.

That's why it didn't make the 2002 holiday shopping season.
